Clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were kind and helpful. The location is very convenient, close to the city center.

Beautiful views of the surrounding hills from the hotel.
The walls were incredibly thin, allowing for all sorts of noise to permeate into my room, especially in the mornings. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast options were fairly limited and repetitive. I often found myself craving something different for my meals.

Perfect location close to St James church. However, the breakfast organization could use improvement as items ran out frequently.

The staff were incredibly hospitable, offering personalized attention and making our stay memorable. They even prepared lunch boxes for our early morning pilgrimage, which was a thoughtful touch.
The room was smaller than anticipated, especially for two people, and it made moving around a bit challenging.

Really enjoyed my stay at Luna! The location couldn't be better, just a short walk to St James Church. Loved the clean, comfortable room and the powerful shower. Breakfast had plenty of options, but it did get a bit crowded at peak times. Overall, great value for the price.

good stay but could improve service consistency
The location offered stunning mountain views that enhanced my experience! The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with a kettle and fridge for convenience. The staff's hospitality was commendable, as they prepared lunch boxes for my early morning pilgrimage, which was a thoughtful touch.
While the breakfast had a good range, some items ran out frequently, making it a bit chaotic during peak times.

the walls are so thin I could hear every footstep in the corridor, which really adds to the charm, doesn’t it? breakfast was just the same boring options every day, I mean, how hard is it? I would’ve expected some special attention, but I just couldn’t believe I didn’t even get a welcome gift!
